Description

We strive to attract and develop the very best prospective employees as they graduate from universities. A dedicated two-year graduate development programme is designed to provide our graduate and post-graduate employees with genuine long-term career opportunities. Once selected for the graduate development programme, you will be given a job with real accountabilities, provided with a development plan, technical training and development both on and off the job, exposure to senior management, and assignments designed to broaden and enhance your capabilities. In your second year you will also be allocated an experienced mentor. RBM trainee graduates also may have the opportunity, from time to time, to meet and interact with other Rio Tinto trainee graduates hailing from internships at other Rio Tinto mines in other parts of the world.
